This is the 2025 Toyota Supra — a car that exists purely because Toyota decided the world didn’t have enough tyre smoke, turbo noise, or middle-aged men shouting “POWER!” at roundabouts. We explore the interior — which is part BMW, part Toyota, and part “why does this button do that?” — and then launch it down a straight so violently that my spine briefly tried to resign. Is the new Supra sensible? Absolutely not. Is it mature? Don’t be ridiculous. Is it brilliant? Yes. Terrifyingly so. Is it a real Supra?
